T-500 is a powerful Bread Improver successfully provides softness and generous white texture to the bread. 

Direction: Use 0.5% of the flour weight, add it in flour directly and mix other ingredients then follow the normal working procedure.

Ingredients: Cake Flour, Vinillin, Permitted Colour and Salt.

Instant Custard Powder

Suitable for all cakes and biscuits

Direction: Pour the Instant Custard Powder 350gm into water/ milk 1 litre and whip for 1 minutes at high speed until cream is formed. Rest for 5 minutes and mix again for 1 minutes at high speed until the cream is smooth.
