Sugar, Wheat Flour, Glutinous Rice Flour, Milk Powder, Baking Powder - BAP04, Thickener (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (INS 466))

Recipe:

Muffin Premix 1000 gm

Whole Egg 400 gm

Water/Fresh Milk 400 gm

Cooking Oil 400 gm

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at high speed.

Baking Time: ± 20 minutes 

Baking Temperature:  Up ± 200°C Down ± 150°C

Finish Goods: Muffin Pan With 2 Tray x 12 cups
