Return And Refunds Policy

This Return and Refund policy is only applicable for transtd.com Online store Delivery.

Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund or exchange, Customer need to notify our Customer Service by whatapps 016-2099980 to report on the products within 3 days after receivied the goods.

For refund request, customers are required to return the damaged/ wrong product back to our store within 7 days upon receiving confirmation from our Customer Service. Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 14 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

For example, if the method of payment has done through Trans Member points and credit card, the refund will be made through Trans Member points and store credit .

Return & Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
i
. If the product delivered in damaged or defective condition.
ii. If the product is expired.
iii. If the delivered product is different from the order. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Trans store. Trans will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

  1. Your order might be cancel if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into the initial payment method originally used by you for your purchase.
  2. You cannot cancel an order once a Dispatch Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please feel free to Contact Us.
  3. You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service at Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the goods; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
  4. Products returned for a refund will be refunded exactly the same amount of money that you have paid. Products to be returned must be returned in original packaging, unused, with all gift items (if any) together with proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note). Otherwise the retail value of the gift item(s) will be deduct from the refund. Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set.
  5. For Trans member, in the event of a refund, all member points received from the refunded purchase will not be counted.
