Sugar, Wheat Starch, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Super Sponge Cake Premix - SM01 Plus, Dextrose Monohydrate, Maltodextrin, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (INS 450(i))

Recipe:

Super Sponge Cake Premix - SM01-500g

Whole Eggs-500g

Water-125g

Cooking Oil-125g

Assorted Flavour (Optional) -2%

Method:

1. Mix Super Sponge Cake Premix - SM01 together with whole eggs and water at high speed for 5 minutes.
2. Next, pour in the cooking oil at low speed and mix well.
3. Optional: If using flavour, mix well with cooking oil before pouring into the mixture.
4. Pour the final mixture into the mould prepared with a non-stick baking sheet.
5. Preheat oven at 180°C/170°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Bake for 35 minutes; adjust baking time based on thickness of the cake.
