Ingredients:

Sugar, Wheat Flour, Banana Cake Premix Plus

Recipe:

Banana Cake Premix-500g

Whole Eggs-300g

Banana Puree-300g

Corn Oil-170g

Method:

1.Prepare banana puree and combine it with Banana Cake Premix.

2.Incorporate all the eggs and mix at high speed for 8 minutes.

3.Gradually add the corn oil at low speed until well mix.

4.Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5.If using a steel mould, allow the cake to rest immediately after baking  to prevent it from sinking.
